Frozen shredded hash browns give this salmon a wonderful, crispy crust while the Dijon mustard give it a great flavor. Serve with your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- 4 t. Dijon mustard
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 1 c. frozen shredded hash browns, not thawed
- 1 T. all purpose flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- olive oil
Steps
- Spread 1 t. Dijon mustard on each salmon fillet.
- In a medium bowl, combine frozen shredded hash browns, all purpose flour and 1/4 t. each salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle hash brown mixture on top of the mustard on each fillet, pressing gently to help it adhere.
