You don't need to give up pizza with this low carb, diabetic friendly recipe. Top with your favorite topping ingredients.

Crust:
8 oz. package full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 t. black pepper
1 t. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Sauce and Cheese Topping:
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Optional Toppings:
pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions
garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese together until combined.
Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce on crust; top with cheese and toppings of choice; season pizza with garlic powder.
Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serve.
