Description

You don't need to give up pizza with this low carb, diabetic friendly recipe. Top with your favorite topping ingredients.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • Crust:
  • 8 oz. package full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sauce and Cheese Topping:
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Optional Toppings:
  • pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions
  • garlic powder

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese together until combined.
  3. Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
