Description
You don't need to give up pizza with this low carb, diabetic friendly recipe. Top with your favorite topping ingredients.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- Crust:
- 8 oz. package full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Sauce and Cheese Topping:
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Optional Toppings:
- pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions
- garlic powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese together until combined.
- Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
