This ham recipe is the last one that you will ever need. The glaze is perfect and together with the ham you have a wonderful sweet and salty combination.
10 lb. precooked spiral cut ham, bone-in for better flavor
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, with its juices (or canned mandarin oranges)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 cinnamon stick

Place ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine pineapple tidbits with its juices, brown sugar, mustard and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil; turn heat down to medium to simmer until thickened, usually about 10-15 minutes.
