Description
Make breakfast special by serving your family a great breakfast casserole. It's quick and easy to make and so delicious.
Ingredients
- 30 oz. bag of frozen hash browns, thawed for 30 minutes
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. cooked ham, diced
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk, or heavy cream
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. dry mustard powder
- 1/4 t. onion powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray, or grease with butter.
- Add the shredded hash browns to the prepared pan.
- In the microwave, melt a stick of butter in a small bowl; pour evenly over the hash browns. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Toss it all together; evenly spread it out.
