8 oz. refrigerated Crescent Roll dough
16 slices deli sliced turkey
12 slices Colby Jack cheese
1 stick butter, melted (½ c.)
¼ t. garlic powder
2 T. freshly chopped parsley
1 t. poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan/dish with cooking spray.
Roll out dough into 4 rectangle shapes; press together on the diagonal seam.
On each rectangle, place 4 slices of turkey and 3 slices of cheese. Roll up each rectangle, rolling from one short side to the next short side; gently press seams together. There will be 4 rolls at this point.
With a sharp knife, slice each roll into 3 pieces, making a total of 12 rolls. Place rolls into prepared baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and parsley; brush over rolls; sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until just starting to turn brown.
