Description
This is a 5 star recipe that will be your go to in the future. It's a cross between spaghetti and lasagna, so it will be loved by all. It's simple, delicious, can be made in advance and freezes well.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. spaghetti pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 T. dried parsley
- 16 oz. 2% cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 28 oz. jar favorite marinara/spaghetti sauce
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, pour whisked eggs into cooked spaghetti; add Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano and parsley; stir well.
- Pour spaghetti mixture into prepared baking dish. Spread cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese on top; top with marinara/spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
