Description
The marinade is quick and simple to make. It makes these pork chops scrumptious and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. white wine vinegar
- 1 t. ground mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
Steps
- Place pork chops into a plastic zip bag.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over pork chops. Seal bag. Refrigerate for 2 - 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat an oven-safe heavy skillet over high heat.
