Take that favorite sandwich of yours, leave out the bun and make it keto friendly. It still has all of the wonderful taste. It's budget friendly and easy to make too.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 t. hot sauce
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 9 inch baking/casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Dice the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces; mince the garlic.
- Add ground beef to a skillet; cook over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks.
