Barbeque season is basically over but you can still get the delicious taste in your kitchen. It's an easy dish to prepare, basically just dumping the ingredients in and letting the crock pot do the work. Serve it on buns or with your favorite sides.
18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 t.n garlic powder
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
In a bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients.
Place chicken in the crock pot; pour sauce mixture over chicken, reserving some sauce to glaze the chicken before serving it.
Cook on Low setting 4-6 hours.
4-6 servings.
