Ingredients
- 2 - 11 oz. cans refrigerated French bread
- cooking spray
- 1 avocado, mashed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 4 slices roasted turkey
- 4 pieces green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 - 18 oz. canned soup of choice
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place soup in bowls or saucepan to heat later.
- Generously spray the inside of 4 empty 18 oz. soup cans with wrappers removed with cooking spray; place on a baking sheet.
