Description
This casserole is a easy one to make with simple ingredients. It's a flavorful, delicious dish that's filled with creamy goodness and will warm you up on cold winter days.
Ingredients
- 1 can Grands biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 1 T. butter
- 2 c. frozen vegetable variety (corn, peas, carrots and green beans)*
- 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken (or any cooked chicken)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove biscuits from oven but keep oven on. They will be partially baked at this point.
- While biscuits are baking, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter; add frozen vegetables; cook for 10-15 minutes.
