32 oz. pkg. tater tots
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. Ranch dressing
3 T. chopped fresh chives or green onions, divided
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Bake tater tots according to package directions.
Meanwhile, mix sour cream, Ranch dressing and 2 T. chives or green onions until blended.
Spread tater tots onto a platter; top with sour cream mixture, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with remaining chives or green onions.
12 servings.
*Bake it an extra 10 minutes for a crusty topping, if desired.
