What an easy recipe. Make your meatloaf with boxed stuffing. It's so delicious and economical to make.
Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T. yellow mustard
1/4 c. liquid honey
2 t. onion powder
Meatloaf:
2 lb. lean ground beef
6 oz. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
3 eggs, large
cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, honey and onion powder into a small bowl; stir well; set aside.
Place ground beef, stuffing mix and eggs into a large bowl; add 1/3 c. of the prepared sauce to the bowl with the ground beef mixture.
Use hands to mix all ingredients together.
Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil, long enough on all sides to lift meatloaf out later; spray with cooking spray.
Press meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce evenly on top of the meat.
Bake meatloaf until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, about 55-60 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from the oven; allow it to rest in the pan for a few minutes before using foil to lift it out.
Serve.
