Make this ravioli just once and it will become a family favorite. It's incredibly easy to prepare using frozen or even homemade creamed spinach. It's great to serve in the fall but can be made anytime of the year.
Ingredients
- 18 oz. package frozen butternut squash ravioli
- 2 - 10 oz. packages frozen creamed spinach
- 1 T. olive oil
- 12 oz. package fully cooked apple chicken sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 t. maple syrup
- 1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
Steps
- Cook ravioli according to package directions, about 4 minutes; drain; set aside.
- While ravioli is cooking, prepare spinach according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add sausage; cook and stir until browned, about 2-4 minutes.
