Breakfast was never so good. These biscuits and gravy can be made in a flash and are so good and easy, you'll wonder why you haven't made them before.
4 Pillsbury Grands frozen Buttermilk biscuits
8 oz. bulk pork sausage, your favorite
2 T. all-purpose flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
2 c. milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
On an un-greased cookie sheet, bake biscuits 2 inches apart for 20 - 24 minutes or until golden brown.
While preparing biscuits, place sausage in a non-stick skillet, crumble sausage; cook over medium-high heat 3 - 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until no pink remains. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; gradually stir in milk; cook 1 - 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; cover; keep warm.
Split biscuits; place on serving plates; serve sausage gravy mixture over split warm biscuits.
