Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts split, boned, skinned
  • salt
  • 4 t. chopped green onion
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • oil, for browning
  • hot parslied egg noodles, for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Sprinkle each breast with salt; top each with 1/2 t. green onion and 3/4 c. Swiss cheese. Fold chicken over cheese. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
