Ingredients

• Guacamole:
• 3 medium ripe avocados, pits removed, avocado scooped from peel
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
• ¼ c. onion, finely diced
• freshly squeezed juice from ½ lime
• 1 - 2 T. fresh cilantro, minced
• ½ jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed, finely diced, optional
• Frankenstein:
• blue corn tortilla chips, for the hair
• 4 black olives, cut in halves, for the eyes, nose, and neck bolts
• sliced red bell pepper, for the scar
• carrot matchsticks, for the mouth

Steps

2. Place all guacamole ingredients in a large bowl; smash avocado with a fork; stir together until blended.
