Celebrate Christmas morning with these festive Santa pancakes. They are so yummy and fun to make, you will make them a holiday tradition.

Ingredients

• 2 c. biscuit/baking mix
• 1 t. ground cinnamon
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 c. whole milk
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 2 medium bananas, sliced
• 18 semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
• canned whipped cream

Steps

1. In a large bowl, combine baking mix and cinnamon.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir this mixture into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Flip over when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown.
