Description
Add this quick and easy vegetarian dish to your meal rotation. It's made with a pink sauce from both alfredo and marinara sauces along with Parmesan and Mozarella cheeses.
Ingredients
- 19 oz. bag frozen cheese filled tortellini
- 15 oz. jar alfredo sauce
- 1/2 jar marinara sauce (or spaghetti sauce )
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook frozen tortellini in well salted boiling water according to package directions, 3-5 minutes; drain.
- While tortellini is cooking, combine alfredo and marinara sauces in a large bowl; stir. Pour into prepared baking dish. Add cooked tortellini; stir. Top with cheeses.
