Biscuit, Sausage and Egg Casserole

Description

In 30 minutes, this delicious, easy and quick breakfast casserole can be on your table ready to eat. It's so good, don't just save it for company.

Ingredients

1 can Grand Biscuits
1 package Jimmy Dean pre-cooked Sausage Crumbles
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Separate biscuits. Line bottom of prepared baking dish with biscuit dough, firmly pressing down and together to seal. Evenly distribute sausage and cheese across dough.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended; pour over sausage and cheese.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Serve warm.

12 servings.

*For a smaller dish, use an 8 x 8 inch baking dish:
1 small package of 10 biscuits
a little more than half of package of Jimmy Dean pre-cooked sausage
5 eggs
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Follow directions above for assembling and baking.
