Description
Take the work out of making homemade pizza by using Naan flatbreads. It's a nice, fast and scrumptious way for everyone to make their own personalized pizzas.
Ingredients
1 roasted garlic Naan bread
1 t. extra virgin olive oil
⅓ c. ricotta cheese
pinch coarse salt
pinch black pepper
¼ t. chopped rosemary
chopped or sliced onion, grilled
cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in halves and grilled
¼ c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ c. fresh mozzarella pearls
2 T. fresh basil, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush Naan with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper and rosemary together; spread mixture over the bread.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, onion, tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and basil.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
