This smoothie is good for you, very tasty and an easy breakfast or snack to make anytime of the day. The frozen fruit takes the place of the typical ice cubes usually in a smoothie.
1 c. whole milk (or preferred milk)
1 frozen, ripe, sweet banana
1/4 c. frozen blueberries
4-6 frozen strawberries
1/2 - 1 T. honey, or to taste
Place all ingredients in layers in the above order in the blender; turn the blender on. When it reaches the desired consistency, pour into a glass.
Makes one 12-16 oz. smoothie.
