This is a quick and easy dinner to add to your weeknight meal rotation. Even picky eaters will love it.
1 lb. 85% lean ground round beef
15 oz. can Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce (or favorite Sloppy Joe sauce)
1 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. dry elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 c. shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
Cook and crumble ground beef in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat for about 7 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally; discard excess grease.
Add Sloppy Joe sauce, water and pasta to skillet; stir to combine; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to medium; cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese; cover; let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
