Description
Italian sub sandwich, meet the burrito. If you are tired of your boring sandwich with bread, try this easy, delicious variation.
Ingredients
- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed*
- 8 oz. ham slices
- 4 oz. salami slices
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- vinaigrette dressing
Steps
- Soften each tortilla in a hot skillet.
- In the middle of each tortilla, layer ham and salami slices; sprinkle cheese on top; add lettuce, tomato and red onion. Don't overfill or they won't stay closed. Drizzle with salad dressing, to taste. Roll up like a burrito.
- Serve with extra dressing on the side.
