Use your slow cooker to make a wonderful dinner with chicken breasts, Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese over penne pasta. It's a very tasty, easy dinner to make.
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
16 oz. Olive Garden Italian dressing (or other Italian dressing)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. black pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. penne pasta, cooked
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Add chicken to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker. Pour Italian dressing over chicken; sprinkle on 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Place cream cheese on top.
Cover slow cooker. Cook on High 4 hours or on Low 5-6 hours.
When the cooking is almost finished, cook the pasta on the stove top according to package directions. Drain.
Shred chicken with 2 forks. Add pasta to the chicken and sauce; stir.
Serve with remaining 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
