If you like Big Macs, you'll enjoy these little cheeseburger tots. The tots are formed into little cups that are filled with hamburger, cheese, dill pickle relish and topped with a special sauce. Serve them as an appetizer, a side or even as the main dish
Ingredients
- Cheeseburger Tots:
- 48 tater tots, frozen
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, finely diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 2 T. yellow mustard
- 2 T. ketchup
- 2 T. dill pickle relish
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- mini dill pickles, for garnish
- Special Sauce:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 T. dill pickle relish
- 2 T. yellow mustard
- 1 t. white wine vinegar
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. garlic powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a mini-muffin pan.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; discard grease. Add onions and beef back into skillet; cook until onions are softened. Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and pickle relish; stir. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pace 3 tater tots in each cup of prepared muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
