Description
This vegetarian dish is the perfect meal for pasta lovers. It's made with three different cheeses, jumbo shells and marinara sauce. It's a very comforting and satisfying dish.
Ingredients
- 24 jumbo pasta shells
- cooking spray
- 3 c. marinara sauce, divided
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 t. Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. chopped parsley
Steps
- Cook pasta to al dente in well salted boiling water according to package directions; drain.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Spread 1 1/2 c. marinara sauce in the bottom of the baking pan.
