4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 T. melted butter or olive oil
2 t. Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place chicken breasts in a gallon zip lock bag; pound until breasts are 3/4 of an inch thick. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
Brush chicken on both sides with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle on the Ranch seasoning on both sides of the breasts. Drizzle any remaining butter or olive oil over the seasoned chicken.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Remove from the oven; let rest for a few minutes.
Serve immediately.
