Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillet, boneless, skin on
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/4 - 1/2 t. salt
- Seasoning Blend:
- 1 t. Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. smoky paprika
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 lemon, zested and juiced
- finely chopped Italian parsley, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Rinse salmon; pat dry.
- Mix seasoning blend ingredients together in a small bowl.
