Ingredients

• non-stick cooking spray
• 8 lb. spiral cut ham
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. pure maple syrup (NOT pancake syrup)
• 1 c. pineapple juice
• optional fresh herbs, for garnish

Steps

1. Coat a 7 - 8 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place ham cut side down in the slow cooker.
3. Rub the brown sugar all over the ham; pour maple syrup and pineapple juice over the top.
