Sheet pan dinners can be a life saver for busy families. Use deli ham or leftover ham to make these delicious sliders.
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. honey
2 t. poppy seeds
1 t. dried minced onion
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls or favorite rolls
3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli ham (or thinly sliced turkey or deli-style chicken)
3/4 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese (or mozzarella, provolone, American, or Cheddar cheese)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 × 9 or 7 × 11 inch baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard, honey, poppy seeds, minced onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
Slice rolls in half horizontally using serrated knife to separate the tops from the bottoms.
Over the bottoms, layer half of the ham, all of the cheese, and the remaining ham slices. Cover with the tops of the rolls.
Brush or pour the butter mixture over the tops; cover with foil.
Bake 15 minutes; remove foil; bake 10 more minutes or until golden brown, watching the sliders so they don’t burn.
12 sliders.
