Ingredients

• Pineapple Ham Glaze:
• 1 c. fresh pineapple, finely chopped
• 1 c, pineapple juice
• ½ t. cinnamon
• 4-5 cloves
• ½ c. brown sugar, packed
• 1 T. butter
• Ham:
• 9 lb. spiral cut ham
• 1 can pineapple rings in 100% juice (NOT fresh)
• pineapple ham glaze
• 2 c. pineapple juice

Steps

2. Finely chop fresh pineapple; add to a small pot over medium heat with 1 c. pineapple juice; stir well.
3. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves; stir to combine; allow it to reach a light boil.
