This awesome recipe is the perfect stir fry to make at home. It's simple and so tasty, everyone will enjoy it.
2 T. vegetable oil, divided
1 lb. flank or sirloin tip steak, thinly sliced, cut across the grain
2 T. corn starch
4 c. your choice of fresh mixed vegetables*
Sauce:
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. minced ginger
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water or beef broth
1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
1- 3 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. sesame oil
1 T. corn starch
Season steak with salt and pepper; toss in corn starch; set aside.
Place 1 T. oil in a large skillet or wok; cook beef in 2 small batches over medium-high until browned, about 2-3 minutes. The beef doesn't need to be cooked through. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Add vegetables to the skillet; cook until tender crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside with the beef.
In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients except for corn starch; stir well.
Turn heat up to medium-high; add sauce; bring to a simmer.
Combine corn starch with 3 T. water or broth; stir; add to the sauce a little at a time while whisking until reaching desired consistency. Simmer 2 minutes. Add vegetables, beef and the juices to the skillet; cook until heated through.
Serve over noodles, rice, rice noodles or fresh chow mein noodles found near the tofu at the grocery store.

*Tip: To make things even easier, most grocery stores sell stir fry vegetables already cut and prepped.
