Season steak with salt and pepper; toss in corn starch; set aside.

Place 1 T. oil in a large skillet or wok; cook beef in 2 small batches over medium-high until browned, about 2-3 minutes. The beef doesn't need to be cooked through. Remove from skillet; set aside.

Add vegetables to the skillet; cook until tender crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside with the beef.

In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients except for corn starch; stir well.

Turn heat up to medium-high; add sauce; bring to a simmer.

Combine corn starch with 3 T. water or broth; stir; add to the sauce a little at a time while whisking until reaching desired consistency. Simmer 2 minutes. Add vegetables, beef and the juices to the skillet; cook until heated through.

Serve over noodles, rice, rice noodles or fresh chow mein noodles found near the tofu at the grocery store.

4 servings.

*Tip: To make things even easier, most grocery stores sell stir fry vegetables already cut and prepped.
