This dish is so simple to make, it's impossible to mess it up. It has everything a meal needs, a protein, a vegetable and a carb. Plus, clean up is a snap!
Ingredients
- Honey Sauce:
- 3 T. butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lb. baby gold potatoes, quartered or cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 3 T. oil
- 1 t. salt, or to taste
- 1/2 t. black pepper, or to taste
- 1 t. Italian blend seasoning
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. smoked paprika
- 1 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Honey Sauce: In a medium sauce pan, melt butter; stir in honey, garlic, salt and pepper; bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer. Remove from heat. Set aside.
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
