Description
You will love this all in one dinner with sausage, potatoes and green beans. It's tasty and hearty and easy to make.
Ingredients
2 lb. baby creamer potatoes (yukon or red potatoes baby potatoes)
1 1/2 lb. sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 - 15 oz. cans green beans, drained
1/8 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter
1 c. onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. black pepper
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9×13 baking/casserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Wash potatoes, cut into halves; place in a sealable gallon size bag. Add oil, seasonings, black pepper and red pepper flakes to bag; seal bag shut; shake to coat.
In a large skillet, add sausage and water; cook over medium- high heat until sausages are browned and most water has evaporated. Transfer sausage from skillet to a platter; allow to cool a bit and then add to the bag.
Melt butter in the skillet; add onions and garlic; cook until onions are translucent. Let cool for a few minutes, and when cool enough, add to bag; shake to mix.
Add green beans to the bag; shake to mix; pour into the prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
