These grilled pork steaks are juicy, tender and delicious. They are perfect anytime of the time of year.
1/2 T. salt
1/2 T. paprika
1 t. ground black pepper
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
2 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. water (to combine with the vinegar)
2 lb. pork steaks (about 4 pork butt shoulder blade steaks)
Preheat cleaned and oiled grill to medium heat, 350-400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, stir together the salt, paprika, pepper, garlic and onion powders; set aside.
In another small bowl, stir together the vinegar and water; brush on both sides of the pork steaks; season generously on both sides with the seasoning blend.
Place pork steaks on the preheated grill; cook for 8-10 minutes; flip; grill for 8-10 minutes on the other side.
Flip steaks every 5 minutes until cooked to your liking, but not pink on the inside.
Transfer to a platter; loosely cover with aluminum foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
