Grilled Pork Steaks

Description

These grilled pork steaks are juicy, tender and delicious. They are perfect anytime of the time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 T. salt
  • 1/2 T. paprika
  • 1 t. ground black pepper
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 2 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T. water (to combine with the vinegar)
  • 2 lb. pork steaks (about 4 pork butt shoulder blade steaks)

Steps

  1. Preheat cleaned and oiled grill to medium heat, 350-400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, paprika, pepper, garlic and onion powders; set aside.
  3. In another small bowl, stir together the vinegar and water; brush on both sides of the pork steaks; season generously on both sides with the seasoning blend.
