Description
These grilled pork steaks are juicy, tender and delicious. They are perfect anytime of the time of year.
Ingredients
- 1/2 T. salt
- 1/2 T. paprika
- 1 t. ground black pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. water (to combine with the vinegar)
- 2 lb. pork steaks (about 4 pork butt shoulder blade steaks)
Steps
- Preheat cleaned and oiled grill to medium heat, 350-400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, stir together the salt, paprika, pepper, garlic and onion powders; set aside.
- In another small bowl, stir together the vinegar and water; brush on both sides of the pork steaks; season generously on both sides with the seasoning blend.
