Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon. cut into four 4 oz. filets
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 T. fresh dill plus more for serving
- 4 lemon slices
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a large 13 x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- With the skin on, cut salmon into four 4 oz. filets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper.
