Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Description

Put your slow cooker to work to make these delicious, tender pork chops with mouthwatering gravy. Serve them with mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles to take advantage of the creamy gravy.

Ingredients

1 lb. pork chops, bone-in or boneless
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. black pepper
1 envelope brown gravy mix
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ c. beef broth
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. water

In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder and pepper; season both sides of the pork chops with seasonings.

In a large slow cooker, whisk together the brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and beef broth. Add the seasoned pork chops. Cover.

Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 3-4 hours.

Carefully transfer the pork chops from the slow cooker to a platter.

In a small bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water; whisk mixture into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.

Serve the gravy over the pork chops with mashed potatoes, cooked rice or egg noodles, garnished with parsley, if desired.
