So easy and delicious. It's possibly the best savory pie ever!
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
2 T. onion soup mix
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned and onion is soften. Discard excess grease. Spread mixture in the prepared pie pan. Sprinkle cheese over meat.
In a medium bowl, add milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick and eggs; whisk to combine. Pour mixture over cheese in pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool a few minutes before slicing.
Serve.
