Ingredients

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 c. onion, chopped
• 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 c. milk
• 2 T. onion soup mix
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
• 2 eggs

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned and onion is soften. Discard excess grease. Spread mixture in the prepared pie pan. Sprinkle cheese over meat.
3. In a medium bowl, add milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick and eggs; whisk to combine. Pour mixture over cheese in pie plate.
