Love pasta but tired of the same old dishes? Try this Asian take on it. It's so simple, flavorful and can be ready in 20 minutes. Serve it by itself or as a side dish.
12 oz. thin noodles, cooked and drained*
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. rice vinegar
3 T. pure sesame oil
1/2 t. hot chili oil
4 T. canola oil
4 whole green onions, thinly sliced
Cook and drain thin noodles; cover to keep warm; set aside.
While noodles are cooking, whisk soy sauce, sugar, garlic rice vinegar, and the 3 oils together in a bowl. Adjust ingredients to taste, if needed.
Pour sauce over warm noodles; toss to coat.
Serve sprinkled with sliced green onions.
8 servings.
*Japanese noodles, linguine, angel hair, or thin spaghetti will work.
