Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 1/3 c, Original Bisquick™ mix
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (12 oz.)
- 14-15 oz. jar pizza sauce
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (3 oz.)
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper or favorite bell pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Cook sausage and ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; discard excess grease; set aside.
- Stir Bisquick and water together in a large bowl until dough forms. Divide dough into 2 parts, 1 part slightly larger.
