Make a creamy, delicious pasta dish with Cavatappi pasta, Boursin Garlic and Herbs cheese, and juicy bursting cherry tomatoes. It can be on your table in about 40 minutes.
1 lb. Cavatappi pasta or favorite pasta
2 (5.2 oz.) boxes Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese
20 oz. cherry (or grape) tomatoes
1 1/2 T. olive oil
1 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4-1/2 t. red pepper flakes
Toppings: chopped fresh basil, parsley, or chives, if desired
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions.
Place the Boursin cheese and cherry tomatoes in a 9x9 or large baking dish; top with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are just bursting. Stir the cheese and tomatoes together.
Drain the pasta; stir it in with the cheese tomato mixture.
Serve, topped with fresh herbs, if desired.
