This all in one skillet meal is easily made in 20 minutes. Just be sure that you make enough for seconds, it's that good.
Ingredients
- 2 T. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 t. toasted sesame oil
- 2 T. oyster sauce
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 T. grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. water
- cooked white or brown rice, for serving
- chow mein noodles, optional, for garnish
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, oyster sauce, and cornstarch; set aside.
- Add vegetable oil to a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add chicken; cook until golden brown, about 8 - 10 minutes.
