This all in one skillet meal is easily made in 20 minutes. Just be sure that you make enough for seconds, it's that good.
2 T. low-sodium soy sauce
2 T. rice vinegar
1 t. toasted sesame oil
2 T. oyster sauce
1 T. cornstarch
2 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 T. grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. water
cooked white or brown rice, for serving
chow mein noodles, optional, for garnish
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, oyster sauce, and cornstarch; set aside.
Add vegetable oil to a large wok or skillet over high heat.
Add chicken; cook until golden brown, about 8 - 10 minutes.
Add broccoli, green onions, ginger, and garlic; cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour soy sauce and sesame oil mixture over the top; stir.
Add water; stir until mixture has thickened, about 1 minute.
Serve over cooked rice.
