Description
This is a light main dish that's super easy and quick to make. Not only is salmon healthy and good for you but it's delicious too.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 1 T. packed brown sugar
- 1 T. butter, melted
- 1 T. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Steps
- Place salmon, skin side down, in a shallow glass or plastic dish.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; spread over salmon. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to broil.
