You'll never make an easier or more delicious clam chowder than this one. It's basically just dump the ingredients into the slow cooker, set it to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
Ingredients
- 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 or 3 - 10.75 oz. cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 or 3 - 10.75 oz. cans New England clam chowder
- 4 - 6.5 oz. cans minced clams, drained and undrained
- 1 qt. half-and-half cream
- 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
- cubed potatoes, optional
- chopped parsley and chives, for serving
Steps
- In a slow cooker, mix both cream of soups, clam chowder, 2 cans undrained clams, 2 cans drained clams, half-and-half cream, and heavy whipping cream.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Serve with chopped parsley and chives, if desired.
