This easy and quick dish is great for a light lunch or dinner. It's simple to add ingredients like veggies or chicken to your own taste.
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 oz. packages Ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded
- 2 t. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. soy sauce, low-sodium
- 1 t. brown sugar
- 2 t. Sriracha, or to taste
Steps
- Cook Ramen noodles without the seasoning packet as directed on package; drain; set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Cook the garlic, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; whisk in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and Sriracha until combined. Toss the noodles in the sauce.
