Description

This dish can be served with leftovers from your Thanksgiving meal, or made to be your Thanksgiving meal. It's great for a couple, empty nesters or single persons.

Ingredients

6 medium-thick turkey slices, about 4 - 6 oz.*
1 box turkey stuffing mix, prepared with ingredients listed according to directions
2 packages turkey gravy mix, prepared according to directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions; set aside.

Prepare the turkey gravy according to package directions.

Place a large spoonful of stuffing in the center of each turkey slice; fold the slice over, first one side, and then the other.

Insert toothpicks into each at an angle, reaching into the stuffing to hold the rolls together.

Place each of the rolls into the prepared casserole dish.

Bake 20 - 30 minutes to heat through.

Remove from the oven. Spoon gravy over each of the turkey rolls.
Return to the oven to bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot. Remove toothpicks before eating!

2-4 servings.

* Leftover turkey works well in this recipe.
