Ingredients

Coca-Cola Pulled Pork:
3 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder, also called pork butt or Boston butt
12 oz. can Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola Barbecue Sauce:
3/4 c. Coca-Cola
3/4 c. ketchup
2 T. vinegar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. dried minced onion flakes
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. salt, or to taste

Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil; cover; reduce heat; simmer about 20 - 30 minutes until sauce is very thick, stirring occasionally.

Pulled Pork:
Place the pork in the crockpot. Pour Coke over the meat. Cover; cook on Low for 8-10 hours, or on High for about 4-6 hours. Remove from crockpot; shred with 2 forks.

Serve pulled pork with Coca-Cola BBQ sauce on buns, tacos, nachos or even salads.

8 servings.

*Tip: To make in an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, cook the pork on High pressure for 1 hour. Turn off; let steam naturally release for 20 minutes; quick release any remaining pressure. Remove pork from Instant Pot; shred.
