This keto-friendly crack chicken is truly addicting. It's rich, flavorful, full of delicious chicken, Cheddar cheese, bacon and Ranch seasoning.
3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 packets dry Ranch seasoning mix
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped green onions, for garnish
Add the chicken to the slow cooker. Sprinkle on dry Ranch seasoning mix; top with cream cheese. Cover; cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 4 hours.
When done, shred the chicken with 2 forks. Top with the cooked and crumbled bacon; sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Cover until melted.
Serving options: on toasted buns or pitas, over rice or mashed potatoes, garnished with green onions.
