These delicious pork chops make a quick main dish that pairs well with many side dishes. They are made in zesty Italian dressing, seasonings and a Creole mustard.
6 boneless pork chops
1/2 c. zesty Italian dressing
2 T. Creole mustard
1 T. Mediterranean seasoning or Italian Seasoning Blend
Pat pork chops dry on both sides with paper towels.
Pour the Italian dressing into a shallow bowl; whisk in the Creole mustard and Mediterranean or Italian Seasoning blend.
Prepare the grill to a 350 degrees.
Dip pork chops into the dressing mixture, coating both sides. Place on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
Use a large tined fork to poke holes in chops to tenderize well.
Sear the pork chops over the fire; flip to sear other side, about 2 minutes per side.
Move chops to indirect heat; cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 7-10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
